FREEZING BANANAS

SUMMARY
To keep bananas for a longer time, it depends on the ultimate use. Freezing bananas will assist in the keeping process. This has no effect on flavor and will still retain the fruit's color. However, PEEL THE BANANAS FIRST. Frozen banana peels are difficult to remove, and thawed banana peels are messy to remove.
